Allahabad Bank invites applications for recruitment of 1600 Probationary Officers from Indian citizens who have taken the pre-requisite common written examination (CWE) for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai in 2011-12 and have a valid score card issued by IBPS .
The candidates are required at first to see the eligibility criteria and if eligible, take a print of the fee payment challan available in Bank’s website http://www.allahabadbank.in fill in completely, pay the fee and/or intimation charges in cash at any branch of Allahabad Bank in the designated Account No-50087755346 and obtain receipt with journal number mentioned on it, and then apply on-line through the recruitment link provided at the Bank’s website

The details of fee to be paid is SC/ST/PwD Rs 50/-; General/OBC Rs 200/-
Payment of application fee and/or intimation charges by demand draft/cheques/money orders/postal order etc will not be accepted
Obtain both the candidate’s and group discussion/interview copy of the fee payment challan, duly receipted by the Bank with branch name and code number; journal number; date of deposit and amount filled by the branch official

Payment of application fee (including postage charges) (non-refundable):

1. UR & OBC (including Ex-servicemen) candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs.325/- and SC/ST are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 75/- (for processing & postage charge) for each post.  In addition to, transaction charges, as levied by the Bank ( SBI), for issue of Challan, will be paid directly by the candidate to Bank.  

2. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility, timelimit & combination of written examinations before paying the application fee. If a candidate wish to apply for more than one post, he/she will have to remit the fee separately for each post.
