Indian Coast Guard, invites application for the post “Navik” at All over India. 10th Pass, 12th Pass candidate can apply for this post. Last date of receiving application form is 9th Jan 2011. More details are below :-

1.Name of post : Navik (GeneralDuty) :

• Qualifications : 10+2/equivalent examination with60% marks in aggregate with Maths and Physics as subjects and atleast one of these subjects: Chemistry/ Biology/Computer Science from an education board recognised by Central/State Government.
• Age Limit : Born between 01 Aug 90 to 31 Jul 94. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
• Pay Scale : Rs.5200–20200/- + Rs 2000 Grade Pay.

2. Name of Post : Domestic Branch (Cook & Steward) :

• Qualifications : 10 th class pass with 50% marks in aggregate from an education board recognised by Central/State Government.
• Age Limit : Born between 01 Oct 90 to 30 Sep 94. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
• Pay Scale: Rs.5200–20200/- + Rs 1900 Grade Pay.
