Recruitment of Constable/ Pioneer (Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Mason, Painter and Welder)

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts of Constables in  ITB Police (ITBP) from Indian citizens. 

• Constable (Pioneer) : 168 posts in various trades, Age : 18-23 years, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2000/-

Fee : Rs.50/-in form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS)/ IPO/ Bank Draft in favour of “Dy. Inspector General, SHQ Delhi ITBP, payable at SBI, R K Puram, New Delhi, Code No -1076.

ITBP Jobs 2012 - Indo-Tibetan Border Police(ITBP) Jan 2012 , invites application for 618 Post ” Head Constable, Constable, Constable(Drivers)” at Dehradun . 10th Pass, ITI candidate can apply for these post. Last date of receiving application form is 24th Jan 2012. More details are below : -

1.Name of Post : Head Constable

• Qualifications : Matric/ 10th class pass from a recognized Board.Certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognized institution/ ITI with 3 years practical experience in the trade in a reputed workshop or 3 years diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• No. Of Post : 58(UR-23,(SC-7),(ST-1),(OBC-27)Post.
• Age Limit : 19-25 years.
• Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month.

2. Name of Post : Constable

• Qualifications : Matric/ 10th class pass from a recognized Board.Certificate from a recognized institution/ ITI in Automobile Engineering/Motor Mechanic trade.
• No. Of Post : 135(UR-57,(SC-22),(ST-11),(OBC-45) Posts.
• Age Limit : 18-25 years.
• Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2000/- per month.

3. Name of Post - Constable (Drivers)

• Qualifications : Matric/ 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
• No. Of Post : 425 (UR-180,(SC-154),(ST-39),(OBC-52) Posts.
• Age Limit : 18-25 years.
• Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2000/- per month.

Application Fee : The candidates belonging to General and OBC category will be required to pay Rs 50/- (non-refundable) as application fee in form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS)/Indian Postal Order/ Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Inspector General, (Northern) Frontier, ITBP, Payable at – SBI- IMA Dehradun, Code No – 0739.
How to Apply : The application, either type written or neatly hand written in ink/ball pen, on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application duly attested by Gazetted Officer should be sent alongwith application fee to
