Once that is done, you will be asked to input your given name, surname, date of birth, your preferred login identification and the password that goes with it. How to Apply Online You need to download the form through the left navigation menu. Once you have been able to register online in http://www.passportindia.gov.in/, the first step that you should do is to log into your Passport Seva user account, then click the “Apply Passport Online” option located within the left navigational menu. After that, you will be asked to  upload the needed files through the “Upload Document” link located on the applicant home page. The last step will require you to be personally present at the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or the Mini Passport Seva Kendra (Mini PSK).
