The University of Karachi on Monday announced the result of BA Part II, both parts (Regular) Annual Examination 2012.

According to order of merit, girls secured all the top three positions. Anum Junaid of BAMM PECHS Government College for Women remained first with 792 marks out of maximum 1,000.

Shams Hadi of Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government College for Women remained second with 791 marks.

The third position went to Sidra Naz of Sir Syed Government Girls College with 786 marks. According to statistics, 8,535 candidates appeared in the examination and the pass percentage remained at 37.84.—APP
