MGSU BA 2nd Year Result 2013 - BA Part 2nd Results of MGSU Bikaner- MGSU Bikaner Result 2013 of B.A Part 2nd, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (MGSU) 

The University of Bikaner, now known as the Maharaja Ganga Singh University was established under the University of Bikaner, Act, 2003 which was notified in the Rajasthan Gazette on June, 7, 2003. Over 92444 students were enrolled and examined in various faculties by the University in 2004 for Bachelor’s, master’s degrees and some diploma courses. Still larger number of students were enrolled and examined in the year 2005.

The University of Bikaner was set up with the main objectives to facilitate higher education and research in the northern part of Rajasthan. The varsity spreads over 1,100 acres of land. Established with the aim of catering to the educational needs of the tertiary, the university aims at achieving through teaching, research and extension, a batter understanding of the problems of the region in which it is located. The University exhibits several ecological constants i.e. the great Thar Desert in which it is located those can not be found anywhere in India and across the world.

A land of 1127.07 Bighas in the village Shrah Nathania situated about 2 kilometers from the outskirt of the city of Bikaner has been allotted to the University by the state government. The construction of the new building of university is soon to start.

At present the University of Bikaner has 92 colleges affiliated to it falling in Bikaner, Churu, Hanumnagarh and Sriganganagar districts of Rajasthan. Out of these 14 are Govt. Colleges and the rest are Private ones.

From the session 2004-2005 the University has started its own Law Department and has admitted students to the first year of LL.B. MGSU Bikaner Results 2012 - 2013 Online @mgsubikaner.ac.in (Part 1/2/3 B.A/BSC/BCOM, MA/MSC/MCOM) : Maharaja Ganga Singh University Bikaner will declare online results for main & supplementary Exams conducted by the university during the year 2012. Results will be declared at Official Website of Maharaja Ganga Singh University (BGSU) Bikaner (Rajasthan): mgsubikaner.ac.in. Results are declared for exams conducted by the university for PG, Graduate, Under Graduate and Certificate Courses. In the erstwhile Hyderabad State, Karimnagar had the distinction of starting the first Higher Secondary School in the year 1944-45. With a gap of eleven years the district had the distinction of starting the First Degree College in this region in the year 1956.After passing of time i.e., two and a half decades the Satavahana Institute of Post Graduate Studies was started with M.A. Economics and M.Com in 1980. 

In the academic year 1989-90, the Institute became the PG Centre of Osmania University, Hyderabad and subsequently in the year 1993 it was transferred to the administrative control of Kakatiya University, Warangal. In the month of AB.COMust, 2008 the PG Centre of Kakatiya University at Karimnagar has been upgraded as Satavahana University. With the upgradation of the Post-Graduation College to Satavahana University, during the academic year 2008-2009, three new PG courses i.e., Urdu, Chemistry and Sociology were introduced. The University has presently 11 courses i.e., M.A. in Economics, Urdu, Sociology, Telugu, English, M.Com, M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc.(Computer Science) and B.Pharmacy. At present the PG College of Satavahana University is located in sprawling area of 42.2 acres at Left Flank of Manair Dam of Karimnagar district.
