• Age limit: For UDC: 18 to 27, for MTS: 18 to 25 years as on 31-01-2012. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Govt rules.
• Educational Qualifications: 
  • For UDC: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
  • For MTS: Matriculation or equivalent pass

Selection Procedure: For UDC: Written test, & Computer skill test & For MTS: Written test
Application Fee: Rs 225/- for UDC & Stenographer & Rs 125/- for MTS (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Departmental/Female/Ex-Servicemen Candidates). Pay fee through DD in favour of Regional Director, E.S.I. Corporation, Raipur in any Nationalized Bank payable at Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Online Apply Instructions:
1. Before Online Apply, candidates must scan their photograph & signature as per instructions.
2. Candidates should visit ESIC website and click on the post which you want to apply.
3. Enter all mandatory columns and enter challan details in appropriate place. Click on submit after filling, a unique registration ID & password will be generated. Keep this for future use.
4. Take print out of filled online application and send along with attested testimonials in envelope super scribing application for the post of to the following address Post bag No.-29, Okhla Industrial Estate, post office, New Delhi-110020 on or before 10-02-2012

Teacher Eligibility Test for the state of Assam will take place on 10th of January 2012.Candidates are expected to receive their admit cards through post by 28th December 2011.

Those candidates who do not received their admit card by 28th December 2011 would be required to submit an request application at the post office where they had submitted their application form.
